Spec is a Chrome extension that adds nutrition estimates and filters to supported Wolt pages. We designed it to work without a Spec account and without collecting your Wolt identity, delivery address, payment information, cookies, or authentication data.

Information Spec processes

When you use Spec, the extension may process:

• Public restaurant and menu information visible on the Wolt page, such as venue and dish names, descriptions, prices, categories, options, availability, and public image URLs.
• Your nutrition goals and a short search phrase when you use Spec's search and filtering features.
• On an order-tracking page, public dish listing details used to find an estimate. Quantities and totals are calculated in your browser and are not sent to Spec.
• Feedback you choose to submit, including an optional note. Please do not include personal information.
• Limited technical request data used for security, rate limiting, reliability, and error diagnosis.

Information Spec does not collect

Spec does not read or transmit Wolt cookies, access tokens, account identity, delivery address, cart contents, payment data, or hidden Wolt API responses. It does not place orders. Spec does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

How information is used and shared

Public menu information is sent to Spec's service to find or create nutrition estimates. Dish information and public image URLs may be processed by an AI provider, directly or through Vercel AI Gateway, to create an estimate. Hosting, database, logging, and AI providers process information only to operate the service.

Storage and retention

Public menu information and derived nutrition estimates may be retained while a venue remains publicly listed. Operational logs are normally kept for up to 30 days, reviewed feedback for up to 180 days, and analysis records according to operational and audit needs. Search phrases are not stored in the database and are logged only by length. The extension keeps settings, goals, a short-lived upload queue, and cached estimates in Chrome local storage; you can clear cached data in the extension options or remove it by uninstalling the extension.

Your choices

You can clear goals from the extension, clear its cache from the options page, or uninstall it at any time. Restaurants and rights holders may request a correction, suppression, or removal by contacting us.

Security and changes

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to limit access and prevent sensitive Wolt data from entering the service. No service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the product or its providers change; the date above will show the latest revision.
